I bought a couple of set of caps/inserts from Mudhole. Unless I get my syringes crossed up, I leave them in the cap/bottle. I mark the syringes for "Hardner" and "Resin".. I still make a booboo now and then so I keep a spare set of syringes for when I accidently cross pollinate the two. Yea, the ink comes off in no time. Re: syringe markings

Mark -
Don't bother marking your syringes. Do ONE simple thing ... measure ONE bottle, squirt, replace syringe, measure the OTHER bottle, squirt, replace syringe. No way to ever get them crossed up. You could even go one step further ... take them both out of storage, squirt one, put it away, THEN squirt the other, put it away, mix batch. Epoxy measuring, mixing and application SHOULD be the simplest thing done through the entire process of building a rod. Jim - Re: syringe markings

You would think it'd be common sense wouldn't you, Jim? LOL That is exactly what I do. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
