Time to praise a vendor I never hear mentioned

I'm not one to talk about vendors in a public forum.

I have noticed that a small handful, perhaps 3 or 4, get mentioned here a lot. One could get the impression that there is no point in looking elsewhere. Being somewhat new to all this I went with the ones that get all the press. I haven't been unhappy.

For reasons I won't go into I had a need to look to someone different. My experience was very pleasant.

I ordered a few things from Donart. The prices were a lot lower. Shipping was with USPS priority mail and was billed at what I'd imagine was the actual rate. I was emailed with a tracking number the same day I placed the order and parts were in hand in three days. Somehow I managed to delete the emailed invoice and had to ask for another. It was sent in under an hour.

I feel they deserve mention for their great service. They surpassed my expectations. I encourage others to remember all the vendors on the list are worthy of consideration.

I have ordered from Get Bit Outdoors, and Utmost Enterprices, and Donart, I think all three vendors are super in my book. It not always the lowest price, but good customer service, and needed free advice from all three vendors. Thanks a bunch Paul

I completely agree Paul. For me, it's almost always about customer service.

I agree with you. I have ordered from Donart; Mud Hole; and Get Bit Outdoors and have received great service. I will be ordering from either of these as the need arise.
