rod finnish temperture

Can you apply flex coat rod finish epoxy when the temperature is in mid 60,s? Will it setup? Thank you

I did it last year when I had to work in a room with no heat. I used a heat gun to warm it to release the bubbles and then put it in the drier. I put a little heat to it after I had it turning and then let it turn overnight with no issues.
