Are all slick butts equal?

I made an order and some of the parts were on back order. Two of the rods will be for a friend and after I showed him an aluminum gimbal and reel seat along with a slick butt he wants the same thing. So now I have to make changes to the order.

Problem is another vendor has the reel seats at a much better price but has the Stuart tuff-butts instead of the Amtak ones that I already got. My main concern is that the Stuart would match up perfectly with the Perfection ball gimbal like the Amtak does. And while we are at it, does anyone else offer a ball gimbal?

P.S. Second add on:) Does EVA make just as good of an arbor for the slick butt as graphite arbors?

I can't tell what the sizes for the different butts are.

Using EVA for an arbor works okay with these butts because you're talking about such a large surface area you won't realize any flexing or movement.

Tuff Butts are always my first choice because no arbors are needed under the slick butt. It's fitted to the aluminum butt which incorporates the reelseat. No need to reinforce the blank between the seat and nylon sleeve (slick butt) down to the gimbal like you must when using pieces.
NO,"I" would not use EVA for any type of arbor material.

Rather do a slick butt and reel seat Lighter tuff butts are heavy

Found the info. I'll list below in case it helps others.

Stuart TBS1, 8" length, 1.07" I.D., 1.23" O.D. at reel seat, 1.26" O.D. at gimbal.
AmTak SB-1, 8" length, 15/16" to 1" I.D., 1 1/8" O.D. at reel seat, 1 3/8" O.D. at gimbal.
