There is a DVD called DVD - Decorative Rod Wrapping Vol. 1 made which you can get from mudhole. This DVD may be what you are looking for.

I bought Decorative Wraps Pattern Animations, Vol. 1 from mudhole but didnt find the tutorial as that useful as Im a beginner in decorative wrapping. Maybe its just me. Tried pausing it but still found it hard to follow. Would like to have seen some more basic wraps.Sorry NERBS.

The book Rod Building Guide has a good color step by step guide to making basic crosswraps. Not a video but with all the photos it's easy to follow.

Paul I'm with you. It would be great to have a detailed DVD with a good step by step.

Go to Youtube and search for diamond wrap. There are a couple of vids there that are pretty good at going over basics, even if the wraps shown are pretty pedestrian.
