Old beach rod guides wanted

Looking for a set including tt for an old 1 pce 12' orange glass beach rod. The guides are chromed silver double foot with an orange outer ring and white centre. You know the ones 30-40yo guides.

Anyone got any leads or sets available for sale. I havent been able to find a piccy of the exact guides but will update if i find one.

This is the first rod my father built and i have had it in my possesion for the last 10 years (It was retired only 2 years ago after over 30 years of service) and wanted to re vamp it for his xmas pressie. I dont even think he knows it is still around, let alone fishable.

The guides on it have some green corosion but little pitting, they may be able to be cleaned up and re used. The reel seat is just as bad but a good scrubbing with CLR may bring it up trumps.

Guides will have to be stripped and rewraped as the blank and threads are in a pretty scrappy condition so sanding and a new coat of spar.

Very similar to 4021 in above link, thanks. I found a set last year on @#$%& but they were all very small and i didnt think 15mm would work for a stripper concidering the one on it is a 40mm.

That link has no shoping cart or prices??

I have never dealt with them, just looking through their stuff and found those guides. Might shoot them an e-mail and ask them about ordering if you cant find them anywhere else.

I found some , and wasn't even looking , in an @#$%& lot , one rod had some yellow rings , another orange , and one had red rings . I "scavenged" them and put together a "tequila sunrise" rod , painting the blank red , orange , yellow , using the guides to match . It came out pretty cool ! And sold rather quickly . Now I watch for more as I would like to build another "tequilla sunrise" Larry

When I find them on @#$%&, I typically purchase them as, you are correct, they are becoming harder to find.
