Fuji ACS Trigger Reel Seats

I've been looking at the new generation of Fuji reel seats and my question is this. Is there a certain technique to applying the adhesive to the rod, since these are arbor-less designs? Or do I use the same method as though I'm using arbors? Any insight on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Spend some, save some, give some away!!! :-)

Same as with an arbor. Apply adhesive well above area and down to area where seat will sit. Slide seat into place, clean up access adhesive.

make sure to clean the area where the blank show through. This will have to be done more than once, until the adhesive sets some. Usually 2 or 3 wipes with DNA will do, just keep an eye on it.
