Have a blank from the "sale bin" at last years expo. It has a .600 butt and a 7.5 tip.

Any guesses as to the type, brand or genre I've got?

If it doesn't have any names or numbers on it ,,then we are all probably with you,,,in the dark.
I have done the same thing. What I do is wiggle it ,shake it, bend it, then decide what I could use it for. I have bought some bigger blanks like that and make wading staffs, walking canes or gaff hooks out of them .

I was thinking maybe a Gator blank but if it's not glass then I have no idea. I know they were selling a bunch of them with no info on them. There were also a bunch of Forecast blanks sold but I think they were gloss black.
