Does anyone have any new news on aqua shield. Sounded like a great product, I'm just wondering if its ever going to be available? Re: aqua shield

Jason,
Last I heard, from a Trondak rep, its release has been put "on hold indefinitely". I don't know why and have no idea why it happened. To me it sounds like they don't know if it will ever be released. I was really looking forward to tryin it too. Been stretchin and conservin my LS and TM to the last drop so I wouldn't have to buy another bottle of em. Edited 1 time(s). Guys-
Aqua Shield (as introduced) will not replace epoxy. It was meant to be a replacement product for Permaglos as a one-part light finish. Re: aqua shield

Mr. Oquinn had it at the show and decided it needed to be "tweaked" is my understanding. I believe he is still working on improving it. Maybe Tom will chime in if he knows how Mr. Oquinn is coming with it. Re: aqua shield

I spoke to him yesterday and he's still working on getting it just the way he wants it. However, Ralph hasn't owned Trondak in many years. The final business decisions on what to carry in the line aren't up to him.
