Looking for Chrome Winding Checks

Hi Everyone,

I have a build that is going to be mostly all "old school" parts. Chrome 2-piece reel seat, custom turned wood handles, chrome boat guides, classic gudebrod threads, etc. One of the only things I am having a heck of a time finding is an assortment of chrome winding checks. Can anyone help??

Thanks, Jeff Shields

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat drinking beer all day.

Thanks Rick, but actually all of those are aluminum. What I am really looking for is original "chrome". Has a very different look and feel to it.

Thanks for your input though. Jeff

You might want to try Scot at Merrick Tackle. They have been in the Salt Water supply
business forever [He is the son - and not a youngster] They are a listed on the left, however their website does not list all
they have. Call them on the phone to be sure - they go back a long time and [to the
best of my knowledge] still remembers where any obscure part are. If you have a problem
dealing with them, contact me by E-Mail @ bobm0400 @optimum.net or my cell
@914-924-7761. I know of a few others who may be able to help but they are hard to
get in touch with. Good luck, Bob
