Has anyone tried a dark purple, with a light purple, with dark purple on top Tiger wrap? If so let me know how it came out, please. Thank you. Re: Tiger wrap?

I haven't tried that one but it may not be enough of a contrast on the bottom. How about dark purple and metallic silver on the bottom and dark purple on top. I've done a few with blue and silver on bottom with blue on top and it really pops. Re: Tiger wrap?

Make the bottom two threads really contrast and move them around a lot for the wavy affect later. Overall color will be representitive of the top layer thread. Continue to experiment. Tigers are just amazingly beautiful, creative and truly 'custom' wraps. Re: Tiger wrap?

I did a Met purple, light purple, and pink. And then I topped layered with the Met purple and pink. I put it in the gallery for you to look at: [www.rodbuilding.org]
I have always heard about the contrasting colors, but you have to go outside the box and waste sometime and see what happens. I have done yellow/white, no big contrast, with a yellow top, and it shows good movement. [www.rodbuilding.org] and [www.rodbuilding.org] Re: Tiger wrap?

Silver under, dark purple over trimmed with Pro Wrap 122(neon yellow) looks great. I have done a few rods with this combo and it looks great. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
