Does anyone have know Mike at Okie Rod Building Tools? Or a way to contact? I've e-mailed but they keep getting returned due to his mailbox being full and I've left several messages on the number I found on the packing slip. I've got an issue with a purchase and can't get a call back to get it sorted out.

Hey Justin! I just spoke with mike last night through email. His Internet was down due to all of the bad weather they have been getting. Go to the website and email him from there. He should get back to you pretty quick.. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info Jason. I e-mailed him through the site and got a reply. Still very dissapointed in this situation as Mike doesn't seem to want to address my issue at all. I paid for a package and it has been a mess from the start. I've heard all the excuses in the book and I now have a product that is not right and doesn't work as described - also didn't get everything I paid for. I know there has been some bad weather in the area but this has been in the works for weeks before any of this weather started. I am a rod builder on the side and an outside salesman for my real job. I can't just tell my customers I can't do anything about that I'll get back to you when I can. Very dissapointed!

Although this is an open forum, even though I don't use this particular individual, I don't think this is the place to bash one of the sponsors. The issue should be addressed completely one on one with the person. If the results are not to your liking, then just do not use again, simple as that.

We haven't quite reached the level of bashing, yet. But it's being watched.
