Do you have any more numbers for the blank? It appears that something may be incomplete with the information that you have posted. ML - normally stands for Medium Light The 69 normally stands for the length which would be 5'9". Then, the H would normally stand for heavy action, which is in contrast with the first letters of ML. So, maybe it is a 5'9" rod that has heavy action - with more information needed for the rest of the blank. Take care Roger Re: ST CROIX MODEL ML-69H
