In Need Of Vintage butt cap or gimbal

Hi Everyone,

I'm in the process of gathering parts to make myself a nice, vintage style trolling rod. Mesquite wood handles, chrome reel seat, chromed boat guides, etc. But one of the only things I can't find is the old style rubber butt cap or a chrome type gimbal. Does anyone have any vintage or copies of vintage parts laying around? and just to be clear, I'm looking for CHROME, not aluminum.

Thanks so much for any assistance, Jeff

Just checked it out. They have lots of cool stuff but no vintage butt caps or gimbals like I'm lookin' for. Thanks for the heads-up though.

Jeff

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat drinking beer all day.

Hi Jesster,
Just got off the phone with them and they said they don't have anything like that. Could it have been another shop possibly?

Thanks, Jeff
