I am new to the rod building art and have only rebuild a 10 tica. So hear is my question, What is the best guides to use when i rebuild my 12' tica .
I used fuji BMNAG on the 10' tica looks nice but thought of maybe something different on the 12' . What you guys like of the low rider surf guides by fuji? These are both conventional rods. Any imput would be great for this rookie. Thanks Re: best rod guides for a 12' surf rod

I use CMNAG's on mine have also used the Alps lite. The low riders are designed for spinning but many get used for conventional rods. Re: best rod guides for a 12' surf rod

Best guide is what is right for you. Are you using braid? The K series Fuji's are nice and I love them. You've got American Tackle ring locks and a host of other makers Re: best rod guides for a 12' surf rod
