I have a fly blank marked 'UTIF 905F' Do any of you know who made it?

I just did a quick Google search (rod blank UTIF 905F) and it might be an old Batson blank.

It would appear to at least be a 9' 5wt but no idea who might have made it.

From an other rod building site I found an old post that ID the IF as Batson's RX7 and the UTIF as a green RX7. From what I can gleam these are the numbers used when the RX7s were produced in the USA.
But I could be wrong.
