Hi Tom
I have 1/3 but no other copies from volume 1. I do however have at least a copy of all the rest, and enjoy reading them. Good Magazine. Bob, New Bern, NC. Re: First Two Issues

Thanks Tom That is interesting. I have them all with the exceptions of Vol. 1, issues 1, 2, and 6. I think it is a mighty fine collection.
Anybody out there with issue 6 for sale??????? Ohio Rod Builders Canton, Ohio Re: First Two Issues

There was no #6 in 1998. I only published 5 issues that first year. So your "want" listed just dropped by one.

tom I have every issue but 1 and 2 also. Would you ever consider selling those protectve binders so I can keep all my collection in somesort of order? I get in trouble when looking for an old article for reference as I get caught up in reading them all over again. Re: First Two Issues

I looked at doing binders a few years back - the cost against the expected demand just didn't work out so I dropped the idea. Maybe I'll revisit it at some point.

Tom I myself and not sure but would bet that many others would feel the same way. How about running a reprint of the first year at double the cost of back issues and only run it if you collected enough to make it cost effective. No printing unless enough orders were pre paid to off set and and all expences. Re: First Two Issues

I can't - I don't have those first two issues. The negatives and plates were destroyed when the printer moved. So there's nothing to reprint.

Billy,
I went to Offfice Max and bought magazine holders. Its the plastic ones that keep magazines in an upright position. They hold two years of Rod maker. I mark the Volumn number on them and then store them by the issue number. You have to be careful to not put a dog ear on them when they are close to being filled up. Bill that's what I presently do also. I do have the "dog ear" problem and think it would be so much easier to have in abinder with the inside cover taped with a index of articles for each volume. Thanks for the advice though. Have to admit my rodmaker collection is one of my charished collection. Re: First Two Issues

I think Angler's Workshop was the first advertiser. I'll have to sift back through some records and check to be sure.

Hello Everyone
I use the same set-up as Mike Barlley. I use 1" d-ring binders and put up to 12 issues in 1 binder. Bob, New Bern, NC. Re: First Two Issues
