Hey,
I need to coat 2 decals/stickers on a zziplex M4 evo rod (http://www.uk-hooks.com/prodimage/ThumbPic/1213276011-m4evo.jpg). Would lumiseal be the best option to do this or is epoxy the safest best. What would be the best way to do this kind of thing? Many thanks Re: Lumiseal over decal/sticker

I or two coats of CP first. Let dry. Then Thread finish. Easier The CP is to keep the edges down. Bill - willierods.com Re: Lumiseal over decal/sticker

Lumiseal and PG are hot finishes that may eat away at a decal. Better to test it on a spare decal or a piece trimmed from the decal to make sure. CP and epoxy is a safe bet though. Freddwhy (Rapt-Ryte) Re: Lumiseal over decal/sticker

I can confirm that strait lumiseal will indeed eat away at the decal. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
