A bit off topic, but I'm hoping that I might have something in my rodbuilding supplies that will work. My wife broke a plastic shelf frame that holds a glass insert in our refrigerator, the replacement is 100 bucks, I'm looking for a good epoxy for bonding plastic. Any suggestions appreciated. Walt,
Fortunately, about a year ago a plastic to plastic epoxy has come on the market. This epoxy uses a catalyst during the mix and it really does work very well. This is about the first plastic to plastic adhesive that I have used, and it actually works very well. [www.google.com]# Re: plastic to plastic epoxy

I may have to try some of that Loctite plastic epoxy for repairing the coolers we use to ship water samples at work. Rod Bond seems to work really well for this purpose but I'm always willing to try a new product. I like Rod Bond because it adheres really well, stays were you apply it and will flex slightly when cured. Walt, if the Loctite doesn't work, give Rod Bond a shot.
