Put it in a very warm room for 24hrs and see. IF not, re-coat.

I would re-coat.

Be careful to use the exact same amount of "A" & "B" mixture.

Stir for at least 3 minutes and scrape the sides of the cup while doing so to make sure it is well mixed.

Ron, put another coat on there and as said before , mix carefully. Room temp should be above 70.

Bill, the cooler the temp the longer the cure time.

Put on another coat. Pay close attention to the mixture. As far as temperature goes I recently applied finish at 10pm in my basement. The only heat is when the furnace is on and draws the return flow through. I have a thermometer with an external probe that I placed under the rod. I reset the memory on the thermometer and and left the rod turning. The temp stayed around 60 to 62 degrees for the duration of the set up process. At 5:30 am when left for work the finish in the cup was tack free as was the rod. It was smooth as glass. This was thread master regular. My point is if the finish is mixed properly it will set up eventually, even in low temperatures.

Ron,
As several others have mentioned -
Mix, Mix, and then Mix some more.

Many many folks that have just started using a new product measure the product carefully, but don't mix the two part adhesive long enough for a complete mix.

I always use the clock and am sure that I mix for at least 120 seconds or 2 minutes. Three minutes is even better. Since mixing by the clock, I have never had a properly measured mix that did not set correctly.

As one of the other posters mentioned, Mix for a minute or so, scrape the mixing stick off ont he side of the cup, mix some more, scrape the mixing stick off on the side of the cup and mix some more.

I have seen a few cases where folks have a well mixed mixture in the cup, but don't have a well mixed mixture on the stick and then some of the non mixed adhesive from the mixing stick gets into the glue cup and causes an adhesive failure.

Good luck
Roger

Thanks everyone for your advise. I think my measuring was off. Looks like I will be recoating. Should I scuff the 2nd coat with some scotch brite or something? Thanks, Ron Gaddy

If it is not set up, you will not need to scuff it and I'm not sure how you would do it anyway if is still tacky.

Go right over the tacky stuff. Trying to abrade it will make a mess out if it.
