Thanks to the input from our customers, Mud Hole Custom Tackle has made some improvements to our web site. In the short term these improvements will make holiday shopping and gift giving easier. And for those professional builders, these improvements will make building rods for repeat customers or the need to place reoccurring orders easier.
The first improvement is Wish Lists – with this new powerful feature customers now have the ability save a wish list which can then be emailed to friends. Do you have a lot of friends? If so the wish list can be made public and your friends can look at it with just your email address on our web site. Or you can quickly share your wish list on social media sites – Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, etc. You can add text comments to each item, assign priority to items so your friends know what you really want, you can add multiple quantities to each item which will be recused as your friends by them. We are sure customer rod builders will find many uses for the wish list feature beyond the typical “gift registryâ€.
The second improvements is Saved Shopping Cart Feature – with this feature you can save a shopping cart and recall the items at a later date. I rod builder could use this feature to save a rod build for recall at a later date. For example, a rod builder who is building a 7 ft mag-bass spinning rod, could simple save the shopping cart just before placing the order and give it a name “7ft mag-bass rodâ€. At a later date, if the rod builder wants to build the same rod again, they could simply recall the saved shopping cart. We feel this feature will become a valuable resource for many rod builders.
Product Reviews – Customer can now leave Product Reviews on most products on our web site and if you’re thinking about what to buy, you can read the feedback from other customers who have used the same products.
