Just wanted to share my experience with the Batson Team.

Just want to let you know about your customer service. Several weeks ago I sent a broken rod to your company for replacement. I called earlier this week to check on its status. The call was answered by a female, don't recall her name, and she stated that John will be out of the office and to try back later, I gave her my name and told her I would call back later. I did call back later and just her hearing my voice she remembered my name and said that the rod will be sent on the 17th of the month. I want to applaud this employee. She was extremely helpful and polite a remembered my name and got the information I needed. I deal with several companies and your employees seem to always rise to the top. Not only do you have a great product(s) your employees are customer oriented and very professional.
Will you let this employee know that she did a great job and you are blessed to have people like her on your team.
