Lorenzo,
Depending on how humid it is where you are, you shouldn't have to wait more then an hour. How has your project turned out?

Scott,My first one, was rewrapping the guides on my St, Croix rod, they turned out pretty good considering it was my first wrap job, and this next one is starting from a blank from MHX, crank bait rod 7'6", I'm just painted it, and sanded it down smooth, now I'm waiting for the Lumiseal and some other components, I'll let you know when i really get started, I'll send you some pics e-mail, of those wraps on the St. Croix, and You have a really nice day! Looks like summer is almost over!

Lorenzo;
How did you apply Lumiseal to your guide wraps?

On my wrapping my first rod I used Diamond 2, from Bullards, it worked really good, I don't know about the other epoxy's I haven't tried them yet, I'm waiting for the Lumiseal for this next rod, to finish the whole rod I have just painted with Duplicolor, I'm thinking I might put a light coat of Lumiseasl on the wraps, then the Diamond 2, I will probably use a red sable brush for the wraps, I'll just have to wait and see how the outcome will turn out. Hope you all have a really good fall fishing season!

With Permagloss I find that as soon as it is dry to the touch, I put on another coat. If you wait too long it always seems that the next coat acts like - Lacquer over Enamel - it tends to pick up the bottom coat wrinkle like old skin
