I watch WFN on satellite 24/7. I you watch close and turn off the sound you can observe a lot of casting presentation not even mentioned. Plus you can figure out how there rods are set. I record mine so I can stop the recording and observe the rod in action

Bob... look closer. Bet you'll see some rods made from folks who post, or have posted, on the board here. :)

Even if there is a rod manf. logo on the shirt and boat!

I am getting a free month of WFN on Dish, to get it I'd need to pony up another $10 a month and then get a bunch of other channels that I would never watch. Won't be doing it, they are getting enough $ from me the way it is. I like WFN, but not $10 a month. Too bad you can't pick and choose your channels, like pay X amount for 30, X amount for 40, etc etc. I would hate to change back to Direct TV but maybe I should look into their service again.

You know there is!! Hey the only reason they mention other rods or plugs even reels is because they pay his bills. Every pro does not use off the shelf stuff. Their rods or reels are their high tech stuff

I have been watching WFN for a couple of months. I think it will go like several other networks. All the fishing shows will be there, so you will have
to get it or not get any at all. I have also been watching the rods and actions. One that I have become aware of is the crankbait casting rods. Watch
the deflection of Skeet Reece's cranking stick. The first time I watched it carefully, I thought he was going to hook himself in the fanny. Not everyones
rod deflects this much. Van Dam's rods deflect quite a bit but not as much as Skeet's. A few of the younger guys have the same set up as Reece, Some
of the older guys however, use casing rods that do not deflect nearly as much and I bet they are not glass! Strange how you would see so many different
types of rods being used.

Inside Elite Joke From The Krank World!

Krankin - If you chunk a mile, krank er down desiring to fight something all the way back to the boat till you can see it break water use glass. That will keep you excited a long time wondering how big of a hawg you can hang on the wall. When you are exhaused from fighting sticks take a break and have a cold one. If you want to catch sticks use glass - fish graphite!

All top fishermen use blanks with correct action for kranks - some glass some graphite. What is really funny is one of them will use the buggy whip blank and the manufacturer lists the rod as fast action in their catalog.

Rich F. - All in fun!! (Where U Gonna Find More of the Black Glass Ones For The Man)

Alex you are OH So Correct!

U No Who!
