quick question on CP use

Im using non NCP Gudebrod A on a rod that Im building and I plan to use CP on the thread. If I do use CP , im guessing the expoxy wont be able to penetrate the thread for maximum strength. Am I correct in saying this.

Many of us use CP on guide wraps all the time. It's not a problem at all.

The difference in strength is only slight. Wraps made with CP are not inherently weak or anything at all like that. Go ahead and use it, you'll be fine.
