went out fishing today and smallmouth bass are hit on surface baits, i just take a 2 finish rod frm factory, i was use a 0-3' depth crankbait and buzzbait the 2 rods i take out is moderate and moderate/fast and i throw both and both action have high % of catch rate than a fast or extra fast with good hookset and both action give more time for fish to inhale the biat .. now i'm looking a blank that might use for 0-3 depth crankbait in size from 3/8 -1/2 oz
i'm trying to compare and what a prefect rod blank for that surface crankbait like Mann's minu 1, bomber A model 0-3, rapala DT 0-3 that only drive 3 ft or nothings..
