Fitting eva grip

12in. grip tapers from .725-.790.Will 3/4 with rod bond be tight enough on the smallend?If not will 5/8 stretch enough for the big end or do I need to drill 5/8 to about 11/16?

Yes. You should be fine.

Thans Tom.If it will stretch1.2-1.5 times the id the 5/8 should be about perfect .All Ive used so far is cork so Im stepping out a little.

The 3/4 may well be fine if you install it as outlined on the FAQs page.

What is the best way to cut a tendon on a eva grip. I have heard to use mono line.
