These guys are the best in the business!!! A huge thanks to bill and al at Midwest RR.
I was out at the shop last night to pick up some guides and a couple of IP840 blanks from them, got home and sized up everything and found out that I did not have the sizes that I needed. I was going to wait til next week to go out there again but at the same time I wanted to get the rod put together for this weekend's trout opener. I decided to email the guys at MRR and see if it was possible for them drop the correct size guides in the mail for me. Al called me and told me that that would not be a problem. I started thinking and decided that if it was possible I would just swing on by and pick up the guides myself instead of risking the chance that I might recieve the guides on mon instead of sat. I called bill up and he agreed to meet me at the store(the store was closed today due to the fact that they were getting ready to leave for Iowa for the tristate show). Talk about customer service! These guys are great! If have not worked with them yet, give em a call, their customer service is awesome!!! Thanks bill and al!!! Re: Midwest Rod N Reel customer service
