Macro Micro Abuse plus.......

Had the pleasure of being a guest guide on Carolina Fishing TV with host Capt Jeff Cronk.

Non-stop action on False Albacore and I get plenty of blank and micro plugs in too.

I used two Rainshadow RX8+823's , one RX8+822.5 and a North Fork's XXX. Great way to break in this one [www.rodbuilding.org]

All wrapped; ALPS VS316, VS310, F6, (5)F4s TiCh/TiCh, TFST 5.5

Lots of bent rods and screaming drags!

Bill and I had a blast catching the false Albacore last year in Florida. I can testify if you have never set a hook in those little buggers your going to have your hands full especially on that light of rod. Its a good test for the RX8+ and Alps guides for sure thanks for the plug Mike.

Sweet MIke. That is my type of fishing. Amazing what braid and the new crop of little spinning reels bring to the table. You have to love the performance and value of the rainshadow line. I'll have to take a look at those blanks. I was planning on going with the HS9000.

I was using Daiwa Samurai 20lb w/Yozuri Pink 15lb and 20lb. I mostly threw 7g and 14g Marias (w/ 'J's) and a Yozuri Banana. .

I think Jeff was using 20lb Fireline/20lb Vanish. Throwing a bunch of different stuff.
