Could anyone please inform me of what is the most current issue of RodMaker that has been sent out. The last I recieved was Volume 12 Issue 6.

Thanks a lot,
Jeff Leonard

13-1 came out some time ago ... although the mailman read and abused mine before delivering it. Has your subscription expired?

My subscription does not expire until 16-2 and I have gone through this before, extremely frustrating to have to send an email for not receiving my issues on time and end up getting them much later than I should.

Thanks,
Jeff Leonard

About 1% to 2% of all RodMaker issues get lost in the mail each time out. Out of 15,000+ subscribers, I do not expect a 100% delivery rate, although even 98% is better than most of the worlds' other postal systems are proven to deliver.

Anyone with a valid subscription that does not receive an issue need only shoot me an email and I am happy to send a replacement. Posting such a thing here does you no good, as I'm the only one that can re-mail an issue for you. Since you haven't sent me a direct email asking this question, I couldn't possibly have looked into this for you - my crystal ball just isn't that good. I wish it was.

Part of the solution to any problem is working through the proper channels. Most likely, your closest APO or even local post office is losing or damaging your issues. But in such cases all you need to do is send me an email and you'll have a replacement issue sent to you.

In rare cases where the postal service just can't get the job done (it does happen in some areas), I'm happy to cancel the subscription and offer a complete refund for any issues remaining on that subscription.

I still don't have an email from you so I have no idea which of the four "Jeff Leonards" I have in the subscription database is you.
