Doug: I saw his weaver in Photo section. It is a cool looking system.As far as I could see he has only made a couple on post in a few years. His info. stated that he lived in Florida. Could not find a phone list ether. I just wanted some technical info on his weaver. Thanks for the post

The white " tubes " are PVC pipe fittings with some type of craft foam attached to it with the slots sliced with a razor blade to make a " thread holder ". Also, the white tubes appear to be held in place by pieces of foam wedged between it and the blank.
