Are these the only handles available to the overseas these days that provide the multi-angle and 'depth' alignment that they are looking for? Or is it more than that? Whats the craze all about? Why isnt someone 'remaking' them?

Featherweight closed its doors in the late 1970's. The advent of lighter plastic and nylon handles around that time spelled the end for the high quality, albeit much heavier Featherweight Champion handles.

By the way, this type of historical information, including this exact handle from Featherweight, was part of the special presentation at the Expo playing on the 3 large screen monitors.
