Carrot Stick Request

I am looking for orange guides - fuji or equivalent set of 7 plus tip / and the customer wants a cork camo handle? any help is appreciated

No, you can't buy the blanks nor does anyone I'm aware of sell orange guides. If the customer wants a Carrot Stick then he should buy a Carrot Stick. That would certainly be less expensive than having you build one, right?

On the other hand, if he just wants an orange themed rod, there are a lot of things you can do to get there. Bright orange wraps and decorative cross wrap. Some orange EVA in the handle, etc.
