Hey Everybody,

I wanted to give an update on my post a few days ago. After posting my issue, I received an email from Roger at Flexcoat asking me to give him a call. We connected today, and I have to say that the level of customer service at Flexcoat is fabulous. I've used their products for years and have always been pleased, It's great to see a company that truly stands behind their products. Sorry if this isn't really relevant, but it today's world, I think that great companies need to be recognized. Flexcoat earned a lifelong customer today. Thanks.

Ryan

Roger and his staff are certainly top notch and really stand behind their products. I recall getting a Saturday evening call several years ago from one of his staff when I was having a problem with a slip clutch on a dryer.

I have missed seeing Roger the past 2 years in High Point and hope he can make it again if the shows continue; he is one of the nicest most decent people you could ever talk to.

Roger is the best. I had problems with some 16 RPM motors and I contacted him. I sent him my wall unit and his staff rebuilt the unit with 6rpm motors and sent it back in a timely fashion. It is service like that that makes you really appreciate everything that they do!!
