Epoxy ramps

I've been wanting to try an epoxy ramp for a while. I saw a gentleman do a demo on it once and he used Threadmaster 5 min gel. That seemed to work pretty good, but I can't find anyone that has it. I thought about the Devcon 5 min epoxy, but my experience with that I think it would be to runny to stay where I want it.

What do you use for your ramps?

You can get TM 5 minute directly from Scott Parsons at the Fishsticks/Roddancer/Fishhawk/Lamar/Threadmaster empire.

Wade,
Devcon 5 minute works fine. I use it all the time. It is a little runny, but it's not problematic, as long as you tilt the rod to get the angle you want. Make sure to turn frequently, unti the stuff sets.

I just tried my first ramp, using Devcon 5 minute. It didn't work out well for me so I had to turn the ramp down on the home made rod lathe to get rid of the uneven surface. Kind of a bummer as the epoxy was pretty hard to turn but it worked in the long run.

Greg, next time, trim the epoxy before it fully hardens well, if your ramp looks poorly at the time. A razor blade will work great = fast/easy.
