rod blank choices

i just picked up a project in the carribean and wanted some info on rod blanks for chasing bonefish, permit, and tarpon? i was thinking i could use my trout and redfish rods for the bonefish but don't know what i should use for permit and tarpon Re: rod blank choices

Permit and Tarpon rods will require a good deal more power than what you likely have for trout.

As noted, these are THREE different classes of rod. As far as specific blanks ... here are some examples:
Bonefish = St Croix 3S76MLXF Permit = St Croix 3C76MHMF Tarpon = St Croix 2SW80HF Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
