Couldn't agree more. Over the holidays I had an order that was alledgedly delivered by Fed-Ex however I never received the shipment. They either delivered it to the wrong address or someone stole it. One call to Mudhole and a new order was sent out immediately.

In addition, if I order in the morning my shipment goes out the same day and I have it in Miami the next day, with standard shipping.

I can't thank them enough. Few companies provide that level of service.

I had a bad experience over the phone. The CS rep was very difficult and I actually ended up cancelling my order, about $200 and said I'd never do business with them again. For the most part, I've kept to that, only using them when I have no other alternatives. Nearly all my order experiences prior to that were on line and they were good, but one bad experience really turned me off them. It's a shame that one of the few times I actually dealt with a person from MH, it was such a bad experience. But, I think you learn much more about a company when you deal with an individual than you do over the web and the individual I dealt with made me never want to do business with them again.

I have asked repeatedly that folks refrain from these type posts - they always head in the exact same direction and every single dealer has their fans and detractors.

Let's get back to discussing rod building and let the Postal Service, FedX or UPS handle the shipping (They're the ones that get the package to you, not the dealer).
