Tool Sharpening

I am interested in any feedback or opinions on tool sharpening systems. I have a limited budget and was looking into the Grizzly T10010 wet grinder or the Woodturners Sharpening Kit from woodcraft. Anyone familiar with either one I would like your input as to the pros or cons of both.
Thanks so much for your time.

I use sic sandpaper glued to a hard flat surface like glass or corian & use some jigs to hand sharpen planes, chisles & other hand tools. Very enonomical. Klingspore, a sponsor of the EXPO, has the sandpaper in all grades. I generally finish with 2000. Jigs are available from a lot of different sources. I like Lee Valley Tools or Veritas tools, same company.
Power tools need to go very slow or you will burn the tools.
