Does anyone know where I can take a peak at rod building equipment around the San Antonio area?

Very few places stock much in the way of actual rod building equipment, at least if you're talking about lathes, wrappers, dryers, etc.

yea, that's really what I was looking for. I just wanted to see some equipment first hand, face to face

Best place to go to see all that there is----is the EXPO at High Point. May need a little more than a bicycle, but the trip will be worth it.

Ernest, I know 2 SA builders...Edward Torres( you could look him up on here) and David Mata (Bimini Custom Rods). They may be willing to show you their rodbuilding setups.
