Tite Bond is great for that. Gorilla Glue not so much.

I prefer TB2 over TB3. Gorilla Glue isn't on my list of favorites.

Does Elmers` wood glue do an acceptable job?

I have not tried it, I just kind of think it may leave less of a glue line since it is as thin as it is

Tite Bond III is as thin if not thinner than Elmers, it is all I use now for just cork.

I agree with Mike, TBIII is thinner than II or Elmers. That's all I use.

The other advantage to Titebond lll is it is waterproof whereas ll is not.

If you put a grip on with Gorilla Glue you will NEVER be able to sweat it off or remove it. It will be hack saw time!

So do you use tite bond III to glue the grips to the blank or use it for each individual ring?
