i have read somewhere (but i cannot find the topic's doing the search) about guys using either Title Bond II Glue or Gorilla Glue for glueing up cork grips....which one is it ..i have always used Flex Coat on my Cork Rings before but i am wanting to find something cheaper but still get the same results.

Tite Bond is great for that. Gorilla Glue not so much. Re: which Glue

I prefer TB2 over TB3. Gorilla Glue isn't on my list of favorites. Re: which Glue

Does Elmers` wood glue do an acceptable job?
I have not tried it, I just kind of think it may leave less of a glue line since it is as thin as it is Ohio Rod Builders Canton, Ohio Re: which Glue

Tite Bond III is as thin if not thinner than Elmers, it is all I use now for just cork. Re: which Glue

I agree with Mike, TBIII is thinner than II or Elmers. That's all I use. J.B.Hunt Bowling Green, KY Re: which Glue

If you put a grip on with Gorilla Glue you will NEVER be able to sweat it off or remove it. It will be hack saw time! Re: which Glue

A very thin coat of Rod Bond. Good for rings seats handles. Bill - willierods.com Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
