Vendors can't vouch for the quality of your work but customers certainly can! If I was getting new windows, I would want to talk to people that have used the company, not the vendors that they bought their nails and caulk from. When was the last time that you ever saw a company of any kind offer testimonials or references from their suppliers????????? I would guess never although most will give references from satisfied customers!!!
This is really getting untracked. NFC is simply going to post a list of recommended builders on their site and since they are recommending them, they want to be assured of the quality of the work It makes sense that if they recommend a builder and someones gets the name from NFC and the rod turns out sub standard, their reputation would take a hit. This whole program is unprecedented and can do nothing but help those that participate. They sell nothing but blanks so all the questions about guides, components, pricing are really not their concern. They sell through distributers and wholesalers so pricing is a moot point also. Take it for what it is, a great source of targeted advertizing at a minimal cost, that can only benefit all involved. NFC has come up with a very innovative program and we have the option to take advantage of it or not, It's not rocket science, it's business!! Mike (Southgate, MI) If I don't want to, I don't have to and nobody can make me (except my wife) cuz I'm RETIRED!! Re: IT"S UP!!!
