Looking for a blank

Does anyone know where I might find an 8' one piece graphite, slow action blank with a butt size under .7? Casting weight about 3 to 4 ounces.

Call Swampland and see if they offer a super-sized crankbait blank ... that would do the trick.

Phil,
The challenge is going to be the slow action graphite combo. Notice none of the options given you above offer anything slower in 8' than a moderate fast and many of the suggestions are fast. You might need to accept either a glass rod to get the slow action or be satisfied with something faster than slow in graphite. What are you going to use the rod for? Maybe someone can give you some blank suggestions for that technique.

if you can find a say 9' blank with mod-fast action and trim it will tend to be more mod action. Extending a blank will make it faster.

Hey I have what you're looking for but I wrapped it already. It's a shikari 8" blank slow action, medium-light to medium power, don't know the # test, but I custom wrapped it already. I'm about to strip off everything and put a new epoxy coat on the blank to restore it back to normal. If you're interested pm me.
