I need a popeye sticker/decal for a rod I'm doing for a friend. Unfortunately I can't find one small enough. Instead I want to print one out on sticker paper. Will the ink run in the epoxy? Has anyone done this? and if so what brand sticker paper should I use?

You can use water proof self-adhesive vinyl. For something a little flashier, you can try printing on the metallic self-adhesive paper. Both are available from Swampland. I've used both with my Canon ink jet 620 and they've held up great. Re: Printing your own decals

One of last year's issues covered this in pretty good detail. You might ask Tom which issue that was.
