Special process / Equipment

Hi All
I got an email through my web page from a fellow rod builder who recently purchased a lot of rods for repair. The people selling the rods say that rod builders use a "flux machine" and a "regraphiter" to repair these rods and are refusing to take them back.
What is a flux machine or a regraphiter. It sounds like something out of star trek and I am guessing it is probably a scam to move 3rd quality blanks from dumpster to dollars.

Sounds to me like Marty and Doc trying to get 1.21 jigowatts to power up the Flux Capacitor.

The "flux machine" has already been deployed. Unfortunately, your fellow rod builder just bought an educational experience.

All marketing gimmicks. One will known fly rod maker touts its \"smooth actions\" as a selling tool. What the heck is a \"smooth action?\" Have you ever used a rod with a \"harsh action?\" I thought action was fast, moderate or slow? Another blank supplier has recently combined \"both traditional and progressive actions.\" What that heck are those?

Now we have \"flux machines\" and \"regraphiters.\" What next! \"Epoxy Encapsulators\" and \"Bonding Barometers\" maybe?

You have a THREE STAGE transmorrifier? The two stage turns a lump of coal into an IMX rod. But what does the 3rd stage do? Turn the cardboard box into a bass boat? (My sons, Calvin and Hobbs, want one no matter WHAT it does.)

All of the above innovations are great but don't compare to my fluid bearing liquid cooled crystal flux wrapper.......Once I hear back from the patent office I will be living the life of a Rockstar.
