I mistakenly left off a few of the included articles and have added them below. This thing ended up pushing out to over 80 pages and there was so much in it that I just overlooked a few of the articles.

It ended up being a much larger volume than I had originally intended, consisting of over 80 pages total. There are 16 chapters in all.

I am having 250 copies produced. They will be offered here first and are available by mail order only for the time being. I will list them on the website in about 2 weeks once I see how many are left. In the meantime, they are $29.95 ppd, by check or money order to RodMaker, PO Box 1322, High Point, NC 27261. I will accept PayPal orders (remit to [email protected]) but please remember to include your address and specify that you want Special Edition #2 in the comments box. I expect to start shipping this edition within 10 days, or less.

And yes, I'll toss in one of the International Custom Rod Building Symbols with each order. I know somebody will ask.

I was just wondering if there would be any chance that I could get one of these CD’s sent to Australia? I would be more then happy to pay for the extra postage of course.

Postage isn't the problem - I don't have anyone to send to the post office to fill out the postage forms and stand in line waiting to mail it. I certainly can't take an hour out of my day to do it. Sorry.

Just a thought, contact Ian Miller at ian@millerods.com and see if he'll buy a few to distribute there. I send his magazines to a guy here in the US who then reships them to Australia.
