Looking for a Blue colored spinning/casting blank

Hi guys. Im looking for a blank and I thought that Forecast/Rain shadow had it but I was mistaken. The color is very important for this particular customer since its a birthday present for his wife. It needs to be a blue blank. Spinning/Casting blank. Medium action, 6 foot long, 3/16-3/8oz lure wt, 8-15lb line rating IM6 graphite. We are trying to match a Falcon FG-416 rod which is what she currently fishes with as close as we can with the colors of her preference. Any help would be appreciated. I would prefer to not paint it if I didnt have to.

CTS makes blue rods. They are a high end rod blank so if price isn't an issue try them. I think Fishsticks to left side still might sell them.

St. Croix SCIV. Beautiful pearl blue. Really great blanks too.

I'd recommend the St Croix SCIV line as well. Beautiful deep blue pearl.

For an inexpensive option and a little brighter flat blue color, Mudholes Custom Builder blanks are very good for the money.

Thanks for the advice guys, the Stcrois are pretty much out of his price range, the mud hole blanks are a bit under budget for what I want to do for a custom build for a customer. I will give swampland a try and may end up painting if I strike out there.

I wouldn't cast the Mud Hole blanks aside so easily. While I can easily state that they aren't a SC5 or GLX blank, they can hold their own among the "middle of the pack" that occupies a large segment of the market. I wouldn't have listed them as a less expensive option IF they weren't a viable product.
