Old Issues +1

I posted this yesterday and found out today that I can squeeze 7 issues into a priority mail envelope. So, I'll add another issue, for a total of 7. I have a smattering of other older issues all few in their respective number and will add one of them to the stated mix. No extra charge. The orders that have already come in will also get 7 issues instead of the 6 originally advertised.

Several have asked for a decal in with the back issues and I can easily fit a couple into each order, so those will go along for the ride as well.

...................

Clearing out the last of the oldest RodMaker back issues, I have 7 early issues that are too few in number to put or keep on the website. I can make up a few sets for those interested and sell them at less than cost just to move them on out. (The sets will now include 7 issues for the same price.)

So, $15 gets these 7 issues plus free USPS Priority Mail shipping (That’s $5 right there).

They have been separated into sets. All 7 issues for $15 which includes shipping. I have about 30 to maybe 40 sets total.

Check or MO to: RodMaker, PO Box 1322, High Point, NC 27261

Yes, I will accept PayPal. rodmaker@earthlink.net is the recipient address.

Hi Tom,

I have been very interested in building a bamboo rod and have done some work so far, but find a lot of the articles, books and videos available, from internet forums, etc simply fall short of what I need compared to the articles that I find in Rod Maker - I'm not sure if it's the writing styles, the depth of material, the ability to put it into laymans terms, or what...but they just fall short of what I need. Anyway, there are several articles related to bamboo in Rod Maker issues that I have that have proven invaluable to me...but by the time I discovered Rod Maker there were still several other issues that I could not find or purchase that have bamboo articles in them. Would any of these by chance be available in your archives (or maybe someone thats looking at this post has one or two of these issues for sale?) that I might be able to purchase? I really wish there was a comprehesive collection on bamboo in Rod Maker style, but I understand that maybe the 'ecomonies of scale' dont permit it. Thanks for all you have given.

Thanks so much in advance,

Steve

Bamboo articles/Issues that I'm looking for:

Issue# and Article description:

3-3 roughing. nodes
4-1 sticky situation
4-2 Sand, Straighten & Ferrule
4-6 economies of scale
