I would like to know how to paint with permagloss (or possible other products) my carbon rod.
Particularly how to apply on the whole blanck.
You forgive out by now my English.

The best way I have found is to wet a piece of cheesecloth and then make a quick swipe, butt to tip (or vice versa) down one side and then the other. Wait 20 to 30 minutes and repeat. This gives me a better finish than brushing.

Can you explain me whath is "cheescloth"?
Someone said me to use a spray gun...what do you think about these technique?

Cheesecloth is a net like material commanly used in cheese making for draining. I think that it is called mussolina in Italy.

I have used the cheese cloth but then tried and like better the black sponge of the paint brushes found at Home Depot.
