I had made myself a gaff for my boat. I had done some marbleing on it.Well it aseems it has brought some attenion at the boat ramps.Other boaters and fisherman has noticed it, and wanted to know where I got the gaff with a design like that.
After telling them, right away they want one.My guestion is.Some already own gaffs and just want them marbled. Then the others want the gaff made and marbled.

Do you have to charge EXCISE TAX......?? All replies appreciated<<<<DON>>>>

It would be like adding a fish decal to an already finished and sold rod. It is just an embellishment on an already assembled and taxed rod.

If you are making the gaff, yes. If you are modifying an existing gaff, no.
