Tom, Thats good news, thinking about a edition of repair and rebuilds of old rods. I have a great interest in rodbuilding history and always looking to seceure any printed material of yesteryears manufactures product line. I have some NOS items that would bewilder you just by thier size alone.Guides big enough to pass clothes line and roller tops that swivel and would fit on a cue stick. I guess that stuff was used for whale fishing. I would have liked to seen a rod built up with those items. A two man job just gettin it on the boat. Thats what I like about the old stuff, the crude way things went togeather with what ever materials thay had and the skill of thier workmanship to make everthing fit.O'well that was then, the fun part now is doing the reshearch of long ageo rodbuilders along the NJ coast.
Thanks,
Dennis J. Danku
